Gamesurgen provides free social games for entertainment purposes only. Crestbreak Blackjack is played entirely with virtual coins. Those coins hold no monetary value, cannot be purchased, and cannot be exchanged, redeemed, transferred or withdrawn for money, goods, credit or anything else of value. No real-money wagering takes place on this site, no prizes are offered, and nothing here constitutes gambling.

3. Virtual coins

Coins are a display feature of the game, not property. They exist only in your browser session, reset on reload, and confer no rights of any kind. We may alter starting balances, stake sizes or payout multipliers at any time as part of ordinary game design.

You agree not to interfere with the site or its code in ways that disrupt other visitors, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, scrape the site at volumes that burden our hosting, or use the site for any unlawful purpose. The Gamesurgen name, the Crestbreak Blackjack name, the site design, artwork, text and code are owned by Gamesurgen or used under licence. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without written permission.
