This policy explains what Gamesurgen does with information when you visit gamesurgen.com. It applies to the whole site, including Crestbreak Blackjack.

Information we collect

Gamesurgen has no accounts, no registration and no login. We do not ask for your name, address, date of birth, payment details or any other identifying information, and there is no form on this site through which you could supply them.

Your coin balance, current stake and hand history exist only in your browser's memory while the page is open. They are never transmitted to us and are discarded the moment you reload or close the tab.

Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server logs when a page is requested. These may include an IP address, a timestamp, the page requested, and a browser user-agent string. Such logs are used for security and to keep the site running, and are retained only as long as that purpose requires.

Cookies and similar technologies

Gamesurgen sets no advertising cookies and runs no cross-site tracking. Where we use any analytics, it is limited to aggregate page-level counts that do not identify individuals. Your browser settings can block or clear cookies at any time without affecting your ability to play.

Third parties

The site loads typefaces from a third-party font service, which may receive your IP address as part of that request. Our hosting provider processes requests on our behalf. Beyond these, we do not share information with anyone, and we do not sell information under any circumstances.

Email correspondence

If you write to support@gamesurgen.com, we hold your message and address for as long as needed to answer you and to keep a record of the issue. We do not add correspondents to mailing lists.

Children

This site is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under that age. If you believe a minor has contacted us, write to the support address and we will delete the relevant correspondence.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of personal information we hold. Because we hold almost none, most such requests resolve quickly. Send them to support@gamesurgen.com.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection. No system is perfectly secure, but since we store no player data, the amount of information exposed by any incident on our side is minimal by design.

Changes

We may revise this policy as the site develops. The revision date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and material changes will be signposted on the site.
